Custom Kitchen Cabinets in Mission, BC

Mission homeowners planning a kitchen renovation usually end up driving to Abbotsford or Langley to look at cabinets. River Valley Millworks is a custom cabinet and millwork shop in Chilliwack, about 35 minutes from Mission along Highway 7 or Highway 1, and we measure, design, build and install the whole job ourselves. We have been doing it for Fraser Valley homes since 2003.

Why a shop rather than a showroom

A showroom sells boxes made somewhere else and sends a third-party installer. A shop builds to your measurements. Our cabinet boxes are 3/4-inch material, drawers and doors are soft-close as standard, and every door and panel is finished in our own spray booth so a kitchen, a pantry and a coffee bar all match. When you want a 14-inch-deep upper, a cabinet that wraps a bulkhead or a drawer bank that fits an odd corner, that is normal work for us rather than a special order.

How it works from Mission

We come to you in Mission, Hatzic, Silverdale, Steelhead or Dewdney for the site measure. You then get 3D shop drawings showing the layout, finish and hardware for approval. After approval, the cabinets are CNC-cut and finished in Chilliwack, and our installers bring them to your home. We also work directly with your contractor or designer if you have one, and we can quote from their drawings.
